Actually i didn't speak to anyone i didn't already know all weekend. So much for the festivals "ethos of inclusion and accessibility". Familiar faces, long lost friends and plenty of booze. Good fun but Dun Laoghaire is still missing it's edge since Kelven Reid decided to (quoting my Dad on some largely unrelated subject) 'play to the gallery of the gods' on the far side of the Atlantic.

The more i think about it the more i am convinced that Kelven is in fact the illegitimate love child of Patrick Swayze and a Lemur --which coincidentally are an endangered species.
